Washington DC-based Studio Kinate has launched a new and exciting feature-length animation film under the title of “Broken Drum”. The film is going to be based on Edith Morris Hemingway and Jacqueline Cosgrove Shields book of the same name and tell the coming-of-age story of a twelve-year old drummer boy and his formative experience during the American Civil War (1861-1865) and one of its culminations in Battle of Antietam in September 17, 1862.

The “Broken Drum” project is entirely based on Toon Boom Harmony platform is currently in development.
